The Fine Art of Plot Bunnies: Or How to Introduce a Plot Bunny to One's Co-Author

Blurb

Just how damn tangled can a relationship get?

Chei, G, Lil, Baal and Lucifer are part of a rising band. G and Chei share an on again/off again fuck buddy relationship, and everything is fine. That is until G decides he wants to try to have a serious relationship. Instead of choosing wisely, G chooses Geoffrey.

Chei has always been in love with his childhood friend, G, but realizing there will never be anything serious between them, he starts dating Robbie.

As things begin to fall apart between G and Geoffrey, Chei falls in love with Robbie.

How in the hell will they be able to untangle the messes that have been made?

I came up with this plot bunny because of an image. Heh. Which I then tossed to Myc. You can see the premise for the book in the first video.

The Band
"You are such an ass."

G smirked and held the door open for Geoffrey like the chivalrous man he knew he wasn’t. "Hey, you knew that before you kissed me."

Geoffrey stopped and turned slightly. Then he broke out into a grin. "Okay. Yeah, I’ll give you that." He stepped up to G and kissed him lightly. "But you’re still an asshole."

"Yep."

Standing in back of Lil, helping him adjust his dress, Chei looked up when he heard them. Glancing at Chei from over G’s shoulder, a smile of derision flit over Geoffrey’s lips.

Lil caught the look and opened her mouth to say something, but Chei quickly covered it with his hand. He ignored Geoffrey and finished fastening the tight bodice.

When Geoffrey stepped away from G, his smile took on a more pleasant edge as he grabbed G’s hand. They went for the bar and when they were out of earshot, Lil turned his head to glance back at G.

"I fucking hate him."

"He never liked me, Lil. And we need to stay out of it, all right?" Chei stepped around to the front of him, frowning at him. He wanted Lil’s promise that he wouldn’t say anything. "It’s G’s business, and we both know it."

The crew finished setting up the backdrops for the photo shoot then the photographer motioned Chei toward the small stage. "I want individual shots of each of you then we’ll do the whole group."

Lil moved off to the side then glared at G and Geoffrey as they came back with drinks in hand. Crossing his arms over his chest, he ignored them.

"Let me get G first," the photographer said. "Over here." He motioned for G to join him near a fake brick wall sprayed with graffiti.

"Sure, Alvin." G seemed like a natural, posing like the cocky, arrogant fucker he was. Off to the side, Geoffrey just grinned, casting an occasional smirk at Chei. Lil scowled at Geoffrey as he moved over to Chei and wrapped his arms around him from behind. Turning his head, Chei gave Lil a warning look.

"Let’s get a few of you and Lil together then I’ll get Lil." Alvin readjusted his camera as Lil gave Chei a tight hug then stepped around him to join G on the stage.

Geoffrey stepped closer to Chei, murmuring in a very low voice. "Looks like you lost. Ain’t that a shame?"

Chei eyed him, keeping a neutral expression on his face. "Not sure what you’re talking about, and probably don’t want to know."

"Aww, still in denial?"

As Lil posed with G, he was professional enough to portray the outrageous front they always showed. Literally hanging on G, Lil flashed brilliant smiles at the camera.

"Piss off, Geoffrey. You’re trying too hard." Chei smirked back at him.

"Obviously I’ve got what it takes since I’m the one with G."

"Yeah, and we all sympathize with him about it." Chei couldn’t resist even though he knew better.
